Our Mission Statement:
The Little Lot is a not-for profit community nursery and registered charity. We provide a fun, friendly and stimulating environment for 2-4 year olds, where the emphasis is on children ‘Learning through Play’.
Children are valued as individuals and we aim to provide the very best environment for those children. We strive to give the children a fulfilling and rewarding pre-school education, which will provide a firm foundation for future growth and development.
One of our major concerns is the all-round development of the children, their physical, intellectual, moral, social and emotional development. Our activities are planned and structured to enable children to extend their skills in all areas, at their own pace and with qualified and experienced staff, encouraging and extending the children’s ideas and activities in order to work through and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Principles.
